Suhaila Tarazi, general director of Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City, talks with AFEDJ’s John Lent about the mission of the hospital and current conditions in Gaza.

The conversation took place via Zoom on July 9, 2020.

Ahli Arab Hospital, the only Christian hospital in the Gaza Strip, offers care to some of the most vulnerable children and families in the world. In addition to a free community clinic, Ahli Hospital is home to programs for low-weight and malnourished children, traumatized children and their caregivers, and breast cancer screening with support and family education.

This is the third in a series of “Live from the Holy Land” conversations sponsored by AFEDJ. Look for more interviews in the weeks to come on our channel.

The conversation is also featured in an article in the current edition of The Living Church magazine.
